Those who don't use AI lose: "I always have ChatGPT on. Always. And nothing else."

Marcus Diekmann walks into meetings, opens his laptop, and starts the AI. "I always have ChatGPT open. Always. And nothing else." The manager and business influencer has fundamentally changed his way of working over the past year. Diekmann works on virtually everything in business that can be automated, structured, or simplified together with an AI. Or "it," as the manager says.
ChatGPT's AI has assigned Diekmann clear personas. By default or as a prompt , "it" should see itself as a "team member," "business colleague," or "strategic assistant" and support Diekmann with everyday tasks. This saves the manager a great deal of time and makes him twice as efficient as before because decisions can be derived directly, he says in an interview with Gründerszene.
He would like to see this business buddy for every employee, not just managers. Currently, his employees can still try out AI, but in the next step, it will become mandatory.
